The city of Punat is located in the southern part of the island of Krk, in the face of one of the most beautiful bays in the Adriatic and more secure: Puntarska dredge. Punat is about 30 km from the Krk Bridge and about 8 km south from the town of Krk. To access Punat, passing on the main road that surrounds the entire island, from Omišalj Baska, we drive north of the Bay of Punat and close to the church sv. Dunat, turn right. The simple charm of the coast of the city of Punat is due to the small stone houses, located in the narrow streets of the historic center, known as "street", as well as the natural whiteness of the many beaches of gravel site near the Bay. The city has about 1800 inhabitants.
