Elan 40.1 „Micky“ ab Pula
Im Grunde hat alles gut geklappt, dass Boot war in Ordnung (was man bei einem Alter von 1,5 Jahren auch erwarten durfte). Nur das Verhältnis, welcher Aufwand bei der Bootsübergabe im Verhältnis zur Bootsrückgabe seitens der Charterbasis aufgewendet wird, stimmt nicht ganz überein. Während bei die Übergabe seitens der Basis in 5 Minuten abgewickelt werden sollte. Der Wunsch die Segel zu überprüfen oder den Motor gemeinsam zu checken, mit den bloßen Worten, „das ist alles super und wenn nicht einfach ein Foto machen“ abgetan wurde, wurde die Rücknahme sehr akribische vorgenommen. Auch die direkte Ankündigung, dass jeglicher Verstoß (Verspätete Rückgabe pro angefangener Stunde, nicht restlos geleerter Holdingtank, nicht aufgefüllter Dingymotor und Kanister etc.) jeweils 100 EUR kostet, hat am Anfang schon etwas für Miss-Stimmung gesorgt. Dazu hat auch die Forderung nach 150 EUR für Cockpit-Polster geführt, auf die wir dann doch dankend verzichtet haben. In den obligatorischen 250 EUR Service-Pack, sind zwar die Bettbezüge, nicht aber Handtücher enthalten. Das sind zwar alles nur Kleinigkeiten, da wir es in den letzen Jahren bei anderen Charter-Basen anders erlebt haben, ist es dann doch negativ aufgefallen. Alles in allem war es aber eine tolle Woche und auch den Start von dieser etwas unbekannteren Marina in Pula hat sich nicht als negativ herausgestellt.

Barca in buone condizioni: buona pulizia, buone condizioni della strumentazione, etc. Personale di terra preparato e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio in loco ad un buon prezzo. Da Pola di possono raggiungere bellissimi posti sia verso nord che verso sud, senza la necessità di ormeggiare in porto data la quantità di rade disponibili che offrono ridosso in quasi tutte le condizioni di vento.
Purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi su molte cose. Abbiamo noleggiato una barca nuova perchè speravamo fosse tutto in ordine ma il giorno del checkin alle ore 20 ci è stato comunicato che tutti i galleggianti (escluso solo quello del carburante) erano rotti.
siamo partiti ugualmente in quanto avevamo pianificato e prenotato una darsena per il giorno successivo ma senza galleggianti è stato veramente un disagio gestire sia il rifornimento dell'acqua ma soprattutto lo scarico dell'acqua sporca in quanto non vedendo nulla non si riusciva a capire se il serbatoio era vuoto oppure ancora pieno.
nonostante ogni giorno scaricavamo il serbatoio in barca c'era sempre puzza di fogna e passare due settimane con questo odore non è stato per niente gradevole.
inoltre il giorno del checkin abbiamo visto sulla banchina i cuscini per il pozzetto e la prua e li abbiamo sistemati sulla barca, tornati dal ristorante alle ore 22 i cuscini erano spariti senza darci nessuna comunicazione. ci siamo informati la mattina successiva e ci è stato detto che per averli dovevamo pagare 300 euro.
su una prenotazione di quasi 6000 euro è una cosa assurda che ci vengano chiesti tutti questi soldi per i cuscini che avrebbero dovuto essere compresi nel prezzo inoltre prima di toglierli sarebbe stato più corretto spiegarci a voce le modalità senza farli sparire in piena notte salendo sulla barca già in nostro possesso in maniera truffaldina e furtiva senza dirci una parola. Il tender era rotto e imbarcava tantissima acqua. marenauta e crosallingaccademy avrebbero dovuto essere più professionali e ci riserviamo di chiedere un risarcimento su tutti i disagi che ci hanno causato in quanto in barca c'erano sia persone anziane che bambini e respirare per 14 giorni aria maleodorante non è stato per nulla salubre. invece di essere così precisi nelle richieste economiche per delle banalità dovevate operare per tempo su i problemi devastanti e salutari per i vostri clienti. mi auguro che questa mia possa farvi riflettere che solo pretendere denaro non è la giusta strada per condurre una compagnia e che da parte nostra abbiamo subito gravi danni sia fisici che morali.

Damages and mistakes on boats have to happen and we do not run away from it.
Unfortunately, we did not know that you had an unpleasant smell on the boat and we did not know that something was bothering you on the boat because we did not receive any feedback from you during your booking. If we know about this some of us will come to fix the problem.
In our charter, cockpit cushions are optional extras and they are not included in the price, which can be seen in the price list for all optional extras. You were informed about the charge for cockpit cushions on the boat during check-in and you you didn't want to take it as an optional extra.
The previous guests had taken cockpit cushions and our technicians took them off as they do every time at the end of the booking, and for that reason, they were in front of the boat. You put the cockpit cushions on the boat by yourself without asking some of our team, and they were taken off that evening because you did not pay for the part that was explained to you before on the check-in.

Oceanis 393 2002, barca molto bella e funzionale. Personale gentile ed efficiente alla base. Tragitto Pola - Cres - Krk - Arbe - Lussinpiccolo - Susak - Pola con sole, mare e vento buoni.

Le due settimane sono andate bene. La barca era ottimamente tenuta con interni molto comodi soprattutto la cabina di prua. Vele quasi nuove. Non avevo capito che on era previsto l'ormeggio pagato nel marina di Pola e pertanto abbiamo avuto degli extra che non avevamo previsto.

Dear Manlio,
thank you for sailing with us and for your feedback. For season 2022 there will not be any charge for staying in the port of Pula and we have already upgraded some of the navigation instruments and of course, instruments are working perfectly the same as last season.
